1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction and comply with local law.
2. Account Rules
One account per person. Sharing, reselling or automating an account is prohibited.
3. Membership Access
Paid memberships grant access and play capacity for a 12-month duration. They do not grant automatic token rewards.
4. Fair-Play Rules
Bots, scripts, macros, emulators used to bypass verification and any automated input are prohibited.
5. Affiliate Rules
Affiliate commissions are paid on eligible paid memberships only. See the affiliate policy for excluded activity.
6. Guild Rules
Guild leaders are responsible for member conduct. Contribution-based rewards are subject to verification.
7. Event Rules
Each event may add specific rules that override the defaults.
8. Reward Eligibility
Rewards depend on verified gameplay, emission capacity, active reward rules and fair-play review.
9. Suspension and Termination
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
10. Refund Handling
Refunds follow the published refund policy for each region and reverse related affiliate commissions.
11. Intellectual Property
All game assets, brand marks and content are the property of Gold Miner Global unless stated.
12. Service Availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or force majeure events.
13. Changes to the Platform
Rules, tiers, rewards and features may change with reasonable notice.
